argh!! its 4:15am and i just got back from like 4 hours of basketball!!
aih... so after 2 more back 2 back basketball outings..... making it 5 games in 6 days...
my body finally found its limit.. with my ankle giving way..
sprained it!! pain pain!!! :(:(:(
also.. theres like scratch marks all over my leg n arms n shoulders from the 'contact' sport.
now... i for a nice rest and relaxxx.... *lies on bed, stretches out and orgasms*

well, with the hilarious adverts and the bad-rep its been getting, indeed this machine is rather controversial.. i mean, as per what shadow said, it goddam looks like a sybian!!
and it almost functions like one too!!! a perfect gift for my girlfriend for valentines!!

that aside, i would consider myself above average in the fitness know-how world...
and this thingo actually kinda works like an excercise ball!
if used properly, as in if both legs arent supporting the body on the I-G, with the machine gyrating in such fashion, staying on it while maintaining an upright position would require some decent core strength. Thus staying on the machine, doing absolutely nothing but sitting on it whilte its moving ACTUALLY does help workout and improve CORE MUSCLE STRENGTH!
meaning? if i were to strap u on this thingo 30mins a day for a month, u'd actually start developing stronger muscles in the mid region, as in the abs, the obliques at the flanks/sides, and ur back. Maybe i need this machine as well, since for sum1 who looks like me :P (koff koff)
ive got weaker then average core muscles, mine's all exterior, and none interior.
Whats more? im sure with all that... movement it is possible that a female 'rider' would get ... eroused.. and that would lead to... more ..... sexual activity? and sex is a great cardio workout!!! so with this machine u work those muscles and then burn some fat during sex!!
bingo!, kudos to OSIM!!
now... about the marketing though.... actually, i think the asian market isnt open enuff for this...

Woohooo...
for a guy whoz supposed to 'rest and rehab' my injured spine..
i sure did lotsa activities the past weekend!
went out till late night on friday night...
got home knowing that ive gotta wake up at 6am the next day for basketball wif pals ..sooo..
decided not to sleep!
wohooo!!!
then played basketball till midday ! burning my skin in the process..
i mean argh!! its baking out there at 11!! i swear!! u'd get a fried egg by breaking it on the court surface!!!
ah wells....
got home.. layed still on the bed the whole day after a shower...
got back up for some dote..
slept and woke up late the next day only to head to the club for some 'light shootout' on the courts.....
THEN joined another group of friends for bball later that evening!!1
but well.. t'was a bad few games... this time...
my body was at its limits woo . can hardly move right hahaha...
its like u mentally wanna be there but nono says the body...
well we went close to winning both times! 1 point difference to be exact!
with me carrying much of the scoring and Geek maintaining the defence all on his own! (nobody else played suffficient defence, me included haha)...
overall.. we.. jsut didnt had.. sufficient support from the rest of the team...
*we went against my bro's highschool coach and his pals, so when we lost twice he .. did seem a lil dissapointed his big bro's team didnt beat his coach's, also partly mebbe coz he hates the coach for not letting him play for the school, mebbe he supports his big bro!! V(^_^)V*

well.. heres a tale of another rather dissapointing football outing!!!
me n pals went to teh shah alam stadium to watch the AFC match between Malaysian and Singapore!! heh...
first off, PARKING!!
holy cow? its soo fucking packed theres double parking and triple parking..
hell i was tailing this one car on a narrow road (narrowed by the double overlapping parking)
and suddenly the car stopped, its lights went off, and ppl start coming out from it...
and im like WTF??? its the middle of a road goddammit?!?!? so i somehow managed to squeze back out of that road and got myself my very own safe... sensible yet illegal parking spot..
next, the crowd!!
wow.. 50thousand strong? i would believe so.
its good to see ppl are still passionate about our country (at least the bunch of my pals are, we so called went for malaysia, not for the football).
aaaand, with 50thousand rowdy malaysian fans, singapore got yet aanother taste of 'malaysian hos(tility)pitality' hahaha what rude bunch of malaysians ..
and now the game!
My most previous football game was Man U vs Arsenal, and from that to this?

well. game ended with a 1-1 score....
malaysia scored from a left winger, a fluke of a goal! he totally fucked up his delivery on a cross that the ball just swerved in! AND HE ALMOST DID AND ENCORE!!! but this other time he didnt fuck up as much so the ball didnt curve wrongly enough to get some goal net.
as for singapore's set piece goal.. well... they were awarded a free kick from a fair distance outside the right of the malaysian box. while preparing for the set piece, i noted at malaysia's poor defensive marking, theres 3 lingering s'pore players inside the left half of the box marked (or rather he was the nearest player) by a rather lost player (the malaysian goal scorer). Then i thought to myself 'aiyah no big deal la, with this level of quality, would the free kick taker even notice the free men, and even so, would his delivery be good enuff tto actually reach them?' . At the same time, feisal said to me, 'oi tengok, the leftback hilang, takder orang mark the left side'
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnndd BOOM!!!! GOAL!!!!! an open .. UNCONTESTED header for singpore!!!
and the 50thousand strong crowd went silent...
and so in my humble opinion, spite malaysia playing a fraction better then spore, a draw was just. because both side played lacklustre footie...
Its interesting enough to note that singapore's players go down to the grass WAAAAAAAAAAAY to easily... as in waaaay to easily...
i mean like.... most of them are spore PR's from another country! theyre bigger then us malaysians!! and much stronger i bet!!! but a slight nudge and off he goes to the grass....
and along comes their team physio and her crew to tend to the players..
AND MY WORD SHES HOT!!!! or at least she looks hot .. in sweatpants running barefooted all over the pitch... like 150feet away from me... (i got a good eye for women's looks mind u)
and the singapore players look like their enjoying every bit of that attention , and their slowjog beside her to the sidelines...
in fact, a player got red carded because he feigned such a severe injury till the ref had to stop the game, only for him to coyly jog with the physio off field and rejoin the game almost immediately without treatment. hilarious... and he got a rather fair amount of hospitality from us fans...
Heading back to our cars we crossed a field where theres lotsa banners of the malaysian FC, the spore FC and the Asian Footie Confeddie. Then i realise some are missing?!?! there are dudes plucking these banners off the ground and taking them home!!!
then theres this old dude witha goatee shouting nearby saying, probably to his son, this:
'OI yang kuning tuh, yea tuh nampak cantik skit, ambik yg tuh'
sigh.. malaysians..... and i thought singaporeans were kiasu...
well so i looked at my friends, then pointed at the nearest streetlight and said 'OI aku nak tiang lampu tuh, tolong cabutkan, dan dan, eh pokok nih cantik jugak, cabut jugak lah, bawak balik tanam' hahahaha welcome to malaysia...
and im not gonna elaborate on the hell it took me n my car to get outta the stadium grounds..
sidenote : dammit, the lampost is tooo long and cumbersome! ive no idea where in my house can i put it! mebbe i'll call MBSA up and get them to use this tiang lampu to replace the broken unit in front of my neighbours house..

loosing 2 topdraw goalkeepers in one goddam game... (both going out from head injuries)
terry being out, carvalho too... and even the lumbering boulahrouz is out...
leaving chelsea NOBODY with experience covering the spaces in front of the keeper....
their attack isnt that much better anywayz, save moments of brilliance from superstars lampard and drogba constantly salvaging wins....
On the brighter side!!! arsenal and manchester united displayed brilliant entertaining football..
and the result is.. well.. satisfying.. to say the least.. with arsenal coming tops, effectively cancelling off chelsea's dismal performance....

mann... these few months have indeed been depressing..
or just gloomy....
my back's condition hasnt been improving..
infact, its has worsened...
i stopped going to the chinese urut guy, looking for a cure in western medicine,
so i went to an orthopaedic instead. he says its nothing but an inflamation of the
semi-solid discs between 2 pieces of my spine! fine wtvr, gave me anti-inflammatory
stuff to eat... after a week, its still bad, so i went for my 2nd visit, he just gave me 2 weeks worth of drugs... and AFTER 2 weeks.. nothing!!
well.. under influence of his drugs .. i felt goood!! like u know...
i can run up n down the stairs without pain!!! etc etc... but after that 2 weeks..
my god... things are getting annoying....
well see its not my back that hurts.. its my left buttock!! why?
becoz the 'inflamation' is pressing on a left butt nerve so to speak... IF his diagnosis is correct ...
well.. time for a 2nd opinion..
on the upside of things! weee.. i visited metropolitan college and the RMIT programme there decided to help me on my.... 'complications'
with this... im able to extend my stay in malaysia for a month!!! weeee
flight date: night of 27th feb..
more bummings!! more nags from parents!!
speaking of nags.. my god!! the nagging has gotta stop!!
some1 get me a job for the life of me!!!

i suddenly find myself extremely bored with nothing todo and no where to go...
sad sad sad...
and its gonna be 2 weeks left for me here in malaysia.. actually.... less then that..
the very thought of flying back weighs heavily in my heart...
yet i guess... life.. is kinda like this... u win some.. u loose some...
ive lost quite alot recently....
in fact.. ive lost soo much that.. it would seem that....
im no longer who i thought i am....
its amazing how... one individual.. can change another ... sooo.. sooo much...
maybe i havent changed.. maybe its just a phase.... maybe im just thinking too much..
but then again.. i alwayz think too much....
and all thats happened is like some.. divine retribution for all the things tactless, thoughtless things ive done to many others before...
